I am a member of the BACP and work to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy codes of ethics.

Person Centred Counselling helps individuals explore their feelings, thoughts and behaviour in a holistic way.  Counselling is confidential, non judgemental and offers acceptance and respect by enabling the client to discover and clarify life choices.

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor, and have been working with Bereavement and Loss for the last seven years. Grief can be a difficult time for people, I have been privileged to be invited into people’s lives and work with them to help them move forward and start on a new journey of life.
Loss can be anything from losing a loved one, losing an animal or a lost relationship. Most of us looking for counselling are here because we have lost something or someone in our lives and are looking for answers. That’s why I like the holistic approach, I like to help you discover the whole picture, I will use theory and practice from other styles from time to time which will include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy when or if the situation presents itself.

Appointments: One to One Counselling session lasts 50 minutes.

Fees: The usual charge is £37.00 per session, which may be negotiable under certain circumstances, which I will discuss with you on application. The first session will be an assessment free of charge.
Fees will be reviewed in February 2010. Payment to be received before session or on the day. 24 hrs notice required for cancellation or session maybe charged. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or PayPal.

Supervision

At present I am also a Supervisor for other Counsellors and have been doing this since 2005. Where I run both group supervision and one to one.

Fees: For one to one supervision for 1 hour £45.00.
For Group Supervision – Max 4 in the group for 2 hours £80.00 per group.

Life Coaching

I am also a qualified Life Coach and have been coaching since 2005. Life Coaching looks into areas of your life, you would like to improve or move forward on. This could be your life style, work, relationships, family or even the flexibility to spend more time at home or hobbies.
Life Coaching requires motivation and commitment. You need to have a desire to change. At the beginning you may not even know what it is you want to change, therefore time and effort will be required so that changes can take place.
As your coach, I would be committed to your agenda and work with you to create your full potential.
Appointments: One to One Life Coaching session lasts 1 hour

Fees: £40.00 per session or £200 for six sessions.

Reiki

For relaxation for both myself and others I have been a Qualified Reiki Practitioner since 2006 and offer Reiki healing, to clients for a small fee of £25.00 per hour session. This takes place in a calm relaxing environment and is an experience not to be missed.
