Gina Lee

Gina Lee’s practice is Humanistic, meaning her style is to work in a collaborative way with each client, on the basis that they are the expert in his/her life and history. It is also Integrative, meaning that she draws on a number of psychotherapeutic approaches in response to the issues the client brings to the session.

Gina is UKRUP registered and an accredited member of the BACP (The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

She offers:
Long-term and short-term one to one counselling and psychotherapy in a comfortable neutral setting. A safe place where you can talk openly about your thoughts and feelings and know you will be listened to.
• Insight into new ways to approach current crises and also long-term issues that you may be carrying from your past.
• To look at patterns in your life that may not be serving you well and to introduce choices that you might make to bring about change.
• An opportunity to grow a sense of self-awareness that can help you feel more empowered in your personal life, your working life and your relationship with self and others.

If you would like to find out how Gina’s treatment can help you, the first step is to arrange a free consultation-where she will put you at ease and briefly discuss why you are seeking therapy and the ways in which she can help you. This assessment will be in complete confidence and there is no obligation.
If you choose to begin treatment, you will be invited to attend a comprehensive assessment. This will be your opportunity to fully explain your problems and concerns knowing that you are being listened to sympathetically and again in complete confidence. Gina will then plan a therapy programme designed specifically for you.

Gina is currently practicing at The Banbury Counselling Centre on Tuesday mornings.
